About Julie

I am Julie Rossman.

I  love to workout and be active. My favorite activities are CrossFit, Bikram Yoga, gymnastics, running, cycling, and hiking.

I must sweat at least once a day to feel normal. My goal is to get stronger and faster, more flexibility.  In all areas of life.

I love food.  I love to eat food.  I love to cook food for other people. I love chocolate and peanut butter, together.  I have a huge sweet tooth. But on a daily basis, I eat lean proteins, veggies, fruits, and nuts.

I used to row for the nationally ranked University of Washington crew team. My degree is in construction management.

But my dream job is to be a professional athlete and fitness model. My goal is to inspire other people to be fit and active.
